If you have ever dreamed of a wedding held in the beauty of the outdoors, Wildfire Ranch offers breathtaking views that will make your big day unforgettable. We can accommodate up to 125 guests and have the only venue offering horseback riding for both ceremony and reception!

What is included in your wedding package?

• Rental of our stunningly-beautiful property for the wedding ceremony, 1-1/2 hours.
• Rental of our 'Serenity Deck' for your reception, 1,400 sq.ft covered with breathtaking views. Reception rental time is up to 4 hours.
• Rental of our amazing horses for horseback riding lessons for your guests, adults as well as children for a full hour during the reception!
• Rental of our popular Amish Country Villa and Whispering Winds Guestroom sleeping up to 10 guests for one night (usually used by the bridal party the night of the wedding).
• Rental of the Amish Country Villa the day before the wedding for set-up preparations for the food.

Items not included in the package:

- Rental of tables, chairs, gazebos, etc.

- Food & Alcohol*

- Portable outdoor toilets

- Disc Jockey*

- Decorations: your volunteers decorate and prepare the day before and the morning of the wedding

- Clean up

- Professional enhancements to your photographs if desired for your wedding album
