$2,500 for up to 100 guests and includes the following:
Our ranch is best set up for outdoor weddings and receptions. Our last wedding party set up an intimate ceremony near the rented a large tent and held the ceremony itself under the tent. The reception was then held on our famous 1,400 sq. ft. covered deck. Photos available.
We are a horse ranch so most of our brides want horses somewhere in their wedding. During the ceremony itself you can have the bride and/or groom walk to the altar on horseback. Or during the reception we offer horserides to both adults and children for one hour. Both are included in your price. Some couples simply want the horses visible throughout the entire wedding as part of the stunning setting that makes our ranch so popular. A waiver must be signed by the bride and groom releasing Wildfire Ranch from all liability.
There is a full kitchen available for your use. Clean-up is required afterwards by members of the wedding party.
Hours for Wedding:
We invite couples to decorate and prepare both the night before and the morning of the wedding. The wedding itself is normally budgeted at 7 hours which breaks down to an hour for the ceremony; one hour for photo shoot; 5 hours for the reception.
You are welcome to bring your own alcohol to the wedding and serve it to your guests. We are not licensed to sell or distribute any, but we do allow it on the ranch. We will provide space on our 1,400 sq. ft. deck for a bar to be set-up for your guests, if desired.
Like to dance? We have plenty of space for a dance floor on our large deck!
You are also always welcome to hire and bring your own photographer to capture your special day, but we want to let you know that when you book your wedding at Wildfire Ranch, you also get your photographs! Our team will take photos of your wedding day and send them to professional graphic artists for touchups and enhancements that will make your wedding album STUNNING! Simply let us know when reserving your date if you would like our photography services or will be using your own.
One indoor restroom provided. Many of our past brides and grooms have also rented 2-3 additional portable toilets for their guests.
Guests will have a designated parking area behind the ranch as well as along our country road out front and in the grassy area beside the driveway entrance.
